- Prepare 250 grams of paneer chopped in cubicles.
- Prepare 4-5 tablespoons of plain flour.

- Prepare 1 teaspoon of Chilli paste.
- It's 2-3 teaspoon of Garlic paste.
- Prepare 1 teaspoon of Ginger paste.
- You need 3 tablespoons of onions chopped.
- You need 3 tablespoons of capsicum cubed.
- Prepare 2 tablespoons of cabbage shreds.
- Prepare 1/2 cube of maggi veg nugget.
- It's 2 tablespoon of brown onion paste.
- It's 2 teaspoon of Soya sauce.
- You need of Chilli sauce as per taste.
- You need 2 teaspoon of Tomato ketchup.
- Prepare of Salt as per taste.
- Prepare 1 teaspoon of Black pepper powder.
- Prepare 2 teaspoon of plain flour.
- It's of Few spoons of Chopped green onions for garnish.
Paneer Chilli instructions
- Chop all veggies and paneer and keep ready..
- Crush 1/2 nugget of maggi masala and mix in some water and keep it ready too. Fry one sliced onion and blend it into a paste by adding some water..
- Mix all the ingredients mentioned in the first section except paneer. Add water only as required. Make a thick batter..
- Coat paneer pieces well into the batter and deep fry into the medium hot oil. I have also prepared some mushroom chilli with same batter..
- You may also add red food colour to make them look like street style paneer chilli. I like to avoid colour though..
- Heat oil in a pan. Add chilli, garlic, ginger paste and onion..
- Add capsicum, cabbage and saute well.
- Add soya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, brown onion paste, maggi masala, salt and pepper and mix..
- Prepare a slurry by mixing plain flour in few teaspoons of water and add to the above mixture. Cook for few minutes..
- Add the fried paneer to the liquid mixture and mix well to coat. Switch off flame. Cover pan with lid for few minutes..
- Sprinkle some green onions on top and mix. Use some for garnishing..
- Use very good quality paneer for soft Paneer chilli. Other they tend to become rubbery and chewy..
