Ingredients of Paneer Chilli

  2. Prepare 250 grams of paneer chopped in cubicles.

  7. It's 1/2 teaspoon of Soya sauce.
  8. It's 1/2 teaspoon of Red chilli sauce.

  10. You need of Few tablespoons of Water.
  11. It's of Sessame Oil for frying and sauteing.
  12. Prepare 1 teaspoon of Chilli paste.
  13. It's 2-3 teaspoon of Garlic paste.
  14. Prepare 1 teaspoon of Ginger paste.
  15. You need 3 tablespoons of onions chopped.
  16. You need 3 tablespoons of capsicum cubed.
  17. Prepare 2 tablespoons of cabbage shreds.
  18. Prepare 1/2 cube of maggi veg nugget.
  19. It's 2 tablespoon of brown onion paste.
  20. It's 2 teaspoon of Soya sauce.
  21. You need of Chilli sauce as per taste.
  22. You need 2 teaspoon of Tomato ketchup.
  23. Prepare of Salt as per taste.
  24. Prepare 1 teaspoon of Black pepper powder.
  25. Prepare 2 teaspoon of plain flour.
  26. It's of Few spoons of Chopped green onions for garnish.

Paneer Chilli instructions

  1. Chop all veggies and paneer and keep ready..
  2. Crush 1/2 nugget of maggi masala and mix in some water and keep it ready too. Fry one sliced onion and blend it into a paste by adding some water..
  3. Mix all the ingredients mentioned in the first section except paneer. Add water only as required. Make a thick batter..
  4. Coat paneer pieces well into the batter and deep fry into the medium hot oil. I have also prepared some mushroom chilli with same batter..
  5. You may also add red food colour to make them look like street style paneer chilli. I like to avoid colour though..
  6. Heat oil in a pan. Add chilli, garlic, ginger paste and onion..
  7. Add capsicum, cabbage and saute well.
  8. Add soya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, brown onion paste, maggi masala, salt and pepper and mix..
  9. Prepare a slurry by mixing plain flour in few teaspoons of water and add to the above mixture. Cook for few minutes..
  10. Add the fried paneer to the liquid mixture and mix well to coat. Switch off flame. Cover pan with lid for few minutes..
  11. Sprinkle some green onions on top and mix. Use some for garnishing..
  12. Use very good quality paneer for soft Paneer chilli. Other they tend to become rubbery and chewy..
