- You need 140 g of Noodles.
- It's 1 of Medium carrot(Diced).
- Prepare 2 Sticks of Green beans(diced).
- You need 1 Tsp of Crayfish.
- It's 1 Stick of Ripe plantain(Cubed).
- It's of Veg oil.
- Prepare 1 Tsp of dry pepper.
- Prepare of Noodles spices.

- Wash and dice ur plantain and set aside..
- Wash and cut ur veggies to desired shapes,set aside.
- Heat up oil in ur frying pan and fry d plantain till done and d colour changes and allow to cool..
- In a pot,heat up little oil and pour in ur veggies and little noodles spice and fry for abt 2-3 mins and set aside..
- In a fresh pot,bring water to a boil and add,crayfish,noodles spices and dry pepper,cover and summer for a minute, and add ur noodles and Cook till almost done..
